If you’re not fully satisfied with your Steadi-3 Plus glove, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, simply email us at info@steadiwear.com to receive detailed instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It’s important to include this RMA number with your return to ensure proper processing. Please be aware that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of $83 USD or $117 CAD per unit to cover shipping, returns, customs and fulfillment. This fee will be deducted from your refund in the case of a return request. For your convenience, we cover the cost of return shipping for items returned within the 30-day trial period.
